That's called feedback extortion, and it's prohibited. eBay does not require you to pay for return shipping, only to refund the original shipping. Call eBay and report the buyer.

I think ebay feedback for either side is one of the stupidest things. It's one of the reasons that I won't shop on Ebay. A++ Buyer Quick shipper, item as described AOK dumb dumb dumb!!!!
